Capable — and quietly coming apart.

You've always been the one who figures it out. Then the structure that held you up — school, a schedule, someone telling you what came next — fell away, and the strategies that used to work stopped working. Now you're spiraling at 2am, behind on things you actually know how to do, and tired of performing "fine" all day.

Maybe it's anxiety that won't switch off. Maybe it's an ADHD brain stuck in the gap between capable and consistent. Maybe it's an autistic mind that's been masking so long you've lost track of what's actually yours. Often it's more than one — and you don't need a diagnosis to start.

We work directly, at a pace your nervous system can handle — not one more place you have to keep it together. I draw on somatic, body-based practice alongside talk, because for an anxious or wired-differently brain, change usually starts in the body, not just in figuring it out. The point isn't to make you "normal." It's to build a way of running your life that actually fits how your brain works.

I see clients fully online across California. Sessions are $225; I'm out-of-network and provide superbills you can submit for possible reimbursement.
