A steady place to start — for you, or for the kid you're worried about.
Therapy for teen girls and young women with ADHD and anxiety — for the stretch when the structure that used to hold everything (school, a schedule, the old routine) falls away, and everything she's capable of starts to feel just out of reach. Fully online, across California.
Who are you here for?
Meet Jessie
I’m Jessie Lamb, LPCC. Before private practice, I was a head school counselor — so I've watched from the inside how a bright, capable girl can start to slip the moment the structure around her shifts, and how easy she is to miss when she's holding it together on the outside. I'm also raising neurodivergent kids of my own, so I know this worry from the parent's side of the table, too.
I work with girls and young women navigating ADHD and anxiety through the transitions that pull the ground out — into high school, away to college, and the open years after. Warm, grounded, and direct. I draw from ACT, IFS, CBT, and motivational interviewing, and as a certified somatic instructor I bring in body-based regulation tools when they're useful. Fully online, across California.
